The Associate Director is directly responsible for the development, organization, supervision and management of three main EEO Program components: Tutorial/Academic Advisement, Professional Counseling and the Learning Middle (which includes tutoring and supplemental instruction). The Associate Director supervises staff relative to the academic advisement component and the career, private and social counseling parts; develops and manages methods and programming designed to extend persistence, retention and graduation charges; and performs associated work as required.
